About Mullumbimby Magic

Mullumbimby Magic grew from a love of simple, fine food. I started out making salad dressing as gifts for friends and the comments became louder over the years: “You should be sharing this!”

So in February 2006 I began producing an all-natural, hand-made product range I am proud to promote... made in Mullumbimby, a magic little town on the far north-coast of NSW, Australia. Locals and visitors alike have embraced the products, with long-distance phone orders and street-side confessions of dressing-addiction confirming my enthusiasm.

Many customers find Mullumbimby Magic to be a delightful gourmet gift (it doesn’t just taste good, it looks good too!). Gluten-free consumers are grateful to discover a tasty alternative to commercial dressings. Visitors recognise it as a product unique to the region and return home to share it with friends.

My desire is to produce great-tasting, top-quality real food which utilizes local suppliers and businesses wherever possible. I am delighted that some raw ingredients are sourced less than a few hundred metres from the production site! Many commercial dressings have water, thickeners, emulsifiers and preservatives added. Mullumbimby Magic does not. Why add unnecessary ingredients to merely plump profits and enable food to sit on the shelf for years until you eat it?

Mullumbimby Magic products are proudly hand-made, from growing the herbs to sticking the labels on. Give them a good shake before enjoying, and watch the lava-lamp effects as real flavours merge...
